The man who police say shot and killed a woman in a Las Vegas parking lot in late October has been arrested, authorities said.
Authorities arrested 32-year-old Richard S. Houser on Monday, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Houser was charged with two counts of assault and two counts related to the attempted shooting of a person with a firearm, according the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
He was being held at the Clark County Detention Center without bail.
The Review-Journo reported Housers arrest warrant indicates the case is not considered a homicide.HOUSER, 32, was booked into the Clark Correctional Center on Monday and was released from custody Wednesday, a spokesman for the Clark Co. Jail told ABC News.
The Review-journal said he was arrested by the Las Vientos police department on a warrant related to a separate shooting in February.
A spokeswoman for the LasVegas Metropolitan Police Dept. did not immediately respond to ABC News’ request for comment on the case.
